ABOUT DELTA EPSILON MU ALPHA CHI CHAPTER

Delta Epsilon Mu was founded on the grounds of Binghamton University of New York in spring of 1996. The organization was established with the goals of uniting students interested in entering various pre-health professions. The founding fathers united their interests in building a co-ed pre-health fraternity to serve students by exposing them to professionals from various health fields.

The Alpha Chi chapter at Michigan State University was officially established under the guidance of both the national authority, the Alpha Alpha Chapter at Wayne State University, and the Alpha Iota Chapter at the University of Michigan by the 14 founding members in 2020.

Since then, Delta Epsilon Mu Alpha Chi Chapter has welcomed strong-willed and intelligent members into our professional Co-Ed Pre-Health Fraternity at Michigan State University. Founded by a group of young and courageous individuals who took a leap of faith to form this chapter, our hope is to foster a family based on our national pillars of Loyalty, Dedication, Friendship, and Support.

We welcome all students pursuing a career in pre-health fields including: medicine, dentistry, nursing, veterinary medicine, optometry, pharmacy, psychology, physician assistant, physical therapy, research, and all other fields with a focus in health. We encourage intellectual growth and success by offering alumni networking opportunities and a variety of events throughout the year, which encourage bonding between members and help create a foundation of lasting friendships.
